What We Do

Getting people into work

We work one to one with people who are out of education, training and employment — building confidence, sorting the practical barriers, and getting them to a job that lasts. Delivered under Rotherham Council's Pathways to Work programme, with employers who are genuinely hiring.

Health and wellbeing that people will actually turn up to

Not classes. Not courses. Activity built around real lives — like our National Lottery-funded family sport sessions in Kiveton Park, designed to reach men who would never attend anything aimed at them.

Small and medium capital works in community buildings and public spaces across South Yorkshire — done alongside the people who use them.
