We are commissioned to do difficult work with people other services find hard to reach. Here is what that looks like in practice.
MPUK CIC is delivering two live Pathways to Work contracts for Rotherham Council. We work directly with people who face significant barriers to employment, including long-term unemployment, low confidence, health challenges and limited access to mainstream support.
Our approach is practical and employer-led. We build trust, understand what is getting in the way, and connect people to real opportunities with local employers including Marvel ICA, Detectronic and Cura Terrae.
Since February 2026, participants have moved into paid employment through our support.
Funded by Sport England and The National Lottery, this programme starts in June 2026 and brings families together through accessible, practical activity.
Four family activity days and two ten-week activity blocks will create welcoming opportunities for families to move more, build confidence and connect with others.
We collaborate with commissioners, funders and local employers to turn commitments into measurable outcomes.
